Which printer Cartridges are Cheap Hp or Canon?

Just like Xerox became synonymous with photocopying, Canon and HP have garnered a niche in the world of printing. From manufacturing printers for domestic and commercial purposes, both these businesses also provide cartridges that are not only exclusive or first copies for their printers but can also be used in other printers.

However, considering that both are equally the same in terms of quality and performance, the key differentiator that will decide which one to choose is the pricing. No matter how often you buy, most of the buyers prefer Cheap Printer Cartridges. However, in the case of a business scenario, quality takes the lead.

However, whenever one decides to buy a cartridge, the question that haunts is Canon Printer cartridges or HP Printer Cartridges.

However, before we go into the detail of the which cartridge to pick, let's have a quick look at the types of cartridges available. There are broadly two types of printers:

Fixed-Head Printers

In these printers, four individual cartridges are grouped. One cartridge contains one colour: cyan, magenta, yellow and black. In this type, you have the freedom to replace that cartridge that is over due to overuse.

Disposable Head Printers

Call the half or better half, the disposable head printers follow a two cartridge system. In this system, one cartridge has the black and the other has all the other colours. However, the biggest hiccup with this cartridge is that, once you are dried of a particular colour, you will have to replace the entire cartridge which can prove not only expensive but also risky.

HP and Canon both make the above mentioned cartridges. Both offer impeccable ink quality and printing experience. Thus, wehn it comes to purchasing one, the math plays the role.

The cost of ink or cartridge has a formula:

Page yield/cost of the cartridge

Canon catridge costs 8.3 cents per page. Whereas, using HP cartridge would cost 9.2 cents per page. This is when we are speaking of standard cartridge. However, when we speak of colour page printing Canon ink cost is around 21.1 cents per page, whereas HP ink cost reaches 23.3 cents.

When you look it for once, it feels, there is not much of a rate difference. But if you are someone who requires cartridges often, then trust me, the small difference looks like a big amount after a good amount of purchase. Therefore, considering that both the brands, offer the same quality, choosing HP Printer Cartridges can prove economical.

However, if you are at Cheap Printer Cartridges and if not particular about a specific brand then you must shift to Smart Ink compatible cartridges which are a cheaper and reasonably effective options. These cartridges are made to the nearest perfection to the originals. They offer the same ink quality, longevity and purity. The only drawback on the face, is that these are not originals.

So, if you are someone, who is particular to use, OEM cartridges then HP is your best deal.
