5 Common Things to be Kept in Mind while buying a Toner Cartridges

Most people are not satisfied with the printer they purchase; it is because they don't research the criteria that can be kept in mind while buying the printer. This is why we have formulated five things that you must consider before investing your money on a printer.  So without further adieu let's begin

1. Look out for the speed, size and ink of the printer

You must know that the size of the printer is directly proportional to the image. This means you should analyze your business and see what size of printer size your customer loves to purchase.

If your customer is satisfied with the 14-inch print quality, then there is no need to jump and purchase a size of 22 inches or length of 44 inches.  The heavier printer can handle more heavy rolls, so ensure that you find out your business requirements before purchasing a printer.

The second thing that you must consider is speed and cheap printer ink. Typically when printers are fast, then there is an issue with image quality since it involves the use of the cheap printer ink. So look for a printer that provides fast output without compromising on the image resolution.  Also, find out how many prints you need each day, because if there is no need to meet daily requirements each day, then there is no point in buying a speedy printer.

2. Handling properties

Some printer’s print uses cheap printer ink for graphics and some printers use compatible toner cartridges for publishing third party media.  So if you want a printer that can handle anything you throw at it, you need a printer that takes these things seamlessly.

Thickness is another concern that should not go unnoticed. While purchasing a printer, look for the amount of paper thickness it can take. If the printer doesn’t fulfil your media requirements, then there is no point in buying one.

3. Seamless usage

Every member of your office space or family should find it easy to use the printer.  Investing time in knowing the working mechanism of the printer is very frustrating. This will involve waste of your precious time since you need to teach your family and office colleagues how to handle a problematic printer with compatible toner cartridges. So always go for a pointer that has an easy learning curve

4. Customer support

Never buy a printer that doesn't care for its customer. Before purchasing a printer, always research about the after-sales service. You are purchasing a printer with your hard-earned money, so if you don't get impeccable customer support, you can call a local technician to fix the issue, which will bear the additional cost.

If the company provides good customer support then any issues with the printer, like installation or printing, will be fixed for free since you will be under a warranty period

5. Resolution

This aspect cannot be ignored at all costs. If you purchase a wrong printer that compromises the resolution, you can see colour shift issues while printing. This can cause a very negative impact on customers since you have a print quality that they did not ask for in the first place.
